Tsuda SeifΕ« (jap. ζ΄₯η”° 青ζ₯“; * 1880 in Kyōto als Nishikawa Kamejirō (θ₯Ώε· δΊ€ζ²»ιƒŽ)cite-ref-1[1]; † 1978) war ein japanischer Maler.

Tsuda hielt sich fast zur gleichen Zeit (1907–1911) in Paris auf wie sein KΓΌnstlerkollege Ishii Hakutei. Mit diesem und dem Schriftsteller und Maler Arishima Ikuma grΓΌndete er 1914 die Nikakai-Ausstellung fΓΌr Γ–lmalerei. Sein berΓΌhmtestes Werk ist das Γ–lgemΓ€lde Das Opfer (ηŠ η‰²θ€…, giseisha; 1933), das den Tod des Schriftstellers Kobayashi Takiji darstellt, der von der MilitΓ€rpolizei zu Tode gefoltert wurde. Weiterhin schuf Tsuda eine Reihe von Holzschnitten, die Yamada Naozo unter dem Titel Ko bijutsu verΓΆffentlichte.

Es ist nicht geklΓ€rt, ob Tsuda SeifΕ« identisch ist mit dem KΓΌnstler Matsuda Seifu, der 1915 in dem Kunstmagazin Shin Nigao eine Reihe von PortrΓ€ts von Kabuki-Schauspielern verΓΆffentlichte und 1959 die Illustrationen zu dem Buch Kabuki no katsura schuf.
